More than two decades after its release, Shrek continues to hold a special place in many people’s hearts. The green ogre’s iconic Scottish accent is a critical part of his story, helping to place the fictional character somewhere in the real world.

Now, that somewhere is open to you and your friends. Airbnb just announced that for two nights from October 27–29, up to three guests will have the chance to stay for free at a real-life recreation of Shrek’s home in the Scottish Highlands. And your host for your stay? None other than Donkey, the beloved sidekick voiced by Eddie Murphy in the movies.

“Shrek’s Swamp is a stumpy, secluded haven fit for a solitude-seeking ogre… and for the first time ever, a handful of his biggest fans, thanks to yours truly,” Donkey wrote on the property listing. “I’m swamp-sitting while Shrek’s away this Halloween, and I’m absolutely delighted to invite you in for a fairytale stay. Oh, and never mind the ‘BEWARE’ signs. They’re probably for decoration.”

“Nestled deep within the forests of the Scottish Highlands and accented with the cozy comforts Shrek has accumulated over the years, the swamp offers a retreat like no other,” he continued. “This mud-laden, moss-covered, murky-watered oasis is a perfectly snug spot to escape from village life and embrace the beauty of nature.”

The home itself is modeled after Shrek’s in the film, with a dirt floor, a wooden bed, and a dinner table with a candle that resembles Shrek’s earwax candle from the movie. “Beware Ogre” and “Stay Out” signs are propped up outside, just like they were on screen. Luckily, you won’t have to use a simple outhouse like Shrek himself did, though you will have to trek about 60 feet away from the house to use a traditional toilet, sink, and shower

The property is owned by Ardverikie Estate on Loch Laggan in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. The rental listing notes that Universal Studios was paid for the rights to the Shrek and Donkey characters to help bring the vision to life. Even though the stay will be free to the lucky guests, Airbnb is making a donation to Scotland’s HopScotch Children’s Charity as part of the promotion.

If a live-action Shrek film ever comes to fruition, at least they’ll have one filming location already locked down.
