The Brooks Launch 9 men’s running shoe is on sale for as low as $43—up to 61% off the original price of $110. Like most shoe styles on Amazon, price varies by color and size, but those not discounted to the lowest price are still hovering around the $58 mark, which is still nearly 50% off. Regardless of cost, shoppers love this sneaker. After more than 2,000 ratings, it’s earned a 4.6-star average with more than 75% of all ratings voted as perfect.

The Brooks Launch 9 running shoe for men is the predecessor to the current model, the Launch 10, which is also on sale. The Launch 9 is a road running shoe with a 10mm midsole drop, which is a good heel-to-toe differential for runners. At just eight ounces, it’s very lightweight and contributes to a quicker responsiveness making runners feel faster. It has a mostly mesh upper, which allows for ample breathability, while the rubber outsole provides good traction for roads or treadmills.
Like most other running companies, Brooks has its loyalists. That’s due in part to the brand’s variety of running shoes that cater to different foot types. Despite that, shoppers have found the Launch 9 to work for nearly any situation. One shopper, who bought a pair as a gift, said it helped alleviate their boyfriend’s foot pain. “My boyfriend walks between 60 and 65 miles per week at work and his poor feet were killing him,” they said.
“We overnighted these to the house and two days later his pain was gone. So comfortable. Awesome colors. So springy and supportive. He said it was like walking on clouds.”
