Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Fresh garlic, minced
  • 3/4 tsp Salt (if sensitive to salt, start with 1/2 tsp and add to taste after cooking)
  • 5 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, finley grated

Instructions

  • Heat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • Trim the stalky ends of the sprouts and then place them in a large food processor and pulse until they are in small pieces. You can chop them by hand too, it just takes longer!
  • Transfer to a large bowl and toss with the oil, garlic and salt.
  • Spread on a large baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes. Stir and then cook another 5-10 minutes until golden brown and fork tender.
  • Toss with then Parmesan and DEVOUR!
