1. Mamey Gluten-free Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- Mamey fruit: 30g
- Rolled oats: 30g
- Chia seeds: 5g
- Egg: 1
- Raisin: 10g
- Vegan butter: 30g
- Sunflower seeds: 5g
- Jaggery (powdered): 15g
- Cinnamon: 2g
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Combine jaggery with butter. Mix and beat it until it appears creamy.
- Now add vanilla, chia seeds, egg and mix well.
- After 2-3 minutes, add mamey, nuts, and cinnamon.
- Lastly, stir in raisins, oats, and sunflower seeds.
- Now, place the mixture on an oiled sheet. Leave about two inches from the other.
- Bake for 10 to 12 mins until they turn light golden brown around the edge.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
2. Healthy Mamey Smoothie
- Serve: 1
- Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- Mamey fruit: 100g
- Banana: 1
- Ice: 20g (optional)
- Oatmeal: 30g
- Cinnamon: 2g
- Milk: 100ml
- Dates: 3
Method
- Blend all these ingredients in a blender. Keep blending till it forms a smooth mixture.
- Pour it in your smoothie glass, garnish with cinnamon powder and consume fresh.
- Serve cold and enjoy.
