FAQs & Tips
It is important to keep these apple vinegar gummies stored properly so that they will stay firm and won’t get too warm. Store the apple cider vinegar gummies in an airtight container in your fridge. These gummies will keep the perfect consistency and hold together well if kept in the fridge, so be sure to do so! If they are kept at room temperature, they will melt.
There is no perfect time to take these gummies. ACV gummies can be consumed either first thing in the morning, before your meals or also during the day. I usually take mine in the morning to start the day on a healthy note.
I like using honey but any sweetener could do. I have tried them once with maple syrup and they tasted great.
My favorite ACV is Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. It is made from organically grown apples and obviously contains high “mother” amounts.
Knox gelatin is made from animal collagen so it is definitely not vegan. My go to vegan gelatin is agar agar powder. Just keep in mind that it gives a firmer texture. I generally use one teaspoon of agar agar powder instead of 8 teaspoons of gelatin powder.
This apple cider vinegar gummy recipe is authentic and healthy. It works as effectively as taking apple cider vinegar in liquid form. These have numerous health benefits and are a great addition to your diet. In addition, making you own ACV gummies ensures no additives are used contrary to the store bought ones.
The number of gummies you take depends on how much apple cider vinegar is in each gummy. The less diluted with honey and apple juice the more apple cider vinegar they will contain. One gummy tends to contain between 300-500mg of apple cider vinegar. I usually consume 2-3 gummies per day making it about 900 – 1500mg of apple cider vinegar per day.
