Another fantastic fact about overnight oats is that they last longer than just one day! These coffee overnight oats will last up to 5 days, so if you make them on a Sunday night, you will have breakfast covered for the work week!

Are Oats good for you?
YES! Oats are most definitely good for you and are a fabulous food to incorporate into your daily diet. Oats are known to lower blood sugar levels, contain a high amount of antioxidants, and help you to feel full for longer! They also can help maintain a healthy gut bacteria and can ease constipation as well, keeping things moving in the digestive system.
Nut Butter FAQ
Absolutely! Cashews are a fantastic source of protein and healthy fats, both of which help to keep our bodies energized and full. They are also low in carbs and free of sugar, making them a fantastic keto food for anyone eating a low carb diet.
Not necessarily! Both of these nut butters, especially if they are natural and free of sugar, are healthy choices and a great source of protein and healthy fats.
This butter made from cashews will last up to a month in the fridge.
While I recommend using a food processor because it’s easier to scrape down the sides, you CAN use a blender to make this nut butter too!
If you must, you can use raw cashews but I highly recommend toasting them, as that is where a lot of that delicious nutty flavor comes from!
