If I am going to be eating healthy salads, I want them to also be fun and interesting, like my Mediterranean Tuna salad, and I am not interested in eating the same salad every single time. How to make Keto Tuna Salad 

This is one of the EASIEST recipes here on the blog to put together. It’s not fussy or finicky or difficult at all- here’s how to make it at home in a jiffy:

Mix

In a bowl, add the tuna and fluff it with a fork to break it up. Add in the mayonnaise and stir it into the fish. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until everything is well combined.

Now that your salad is all mixed up and you’ve enjoyed some of it, it’s time to put away the leftovers for another great meal (this makes the BEST leftovers!). I recommend storing the salad without the lettuce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Once you’re ready to eat it, simple mix it with the lettuce and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Tuna, drained (5oz)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Celery, diced
