Ozzy Osbourne’s Own Granddaughter Is Even Terrified of Him

At 74 years old, Ozzy Osborne is grandfather to at least five grandchildren born to his son Jack, who has four kids; and daughter Kelly, who just had her first child last year. Suffice to say, it must be strange having the so-called “Prince of Fucking Darkness” as your grandfather.
And sure enough, Osborne’s youngest is apparently “scared” of the rocker.
The revelation came from the latest episode of The Osbournes Podcast, in which the famous family took an hour-long Q&A session from fans. As they were wrapping up, while discussing Jack’s multiple sclerosis symptoms (the 38-year-old was diagnosed in 2012), the famous parents and their children both admitted to constantly worrying about each other.
“Well it’s mutual,” Jack exclaimed. “We sit around worrying about you two fucks all the time.”
In response, Ozzy interjected for Jack to bring his grandkids to come see him. “I fuckin’ will,” Jack retorted. “She’s scared of you IRL [in real life].”
Jack was referring to his youngest daughter, Maple, who he welcomed last year with his second wife Aree Gearhart. He then brought up a video recently posted to Instagram in which Maple could be seen dancing and pointing at the TV during a performance of Osbourne’s 1980 hit “Crazy Train,” excitedly chanting “Papa” while watching her grandfather.
“She does the ‘ay, ay, ay,’ but she’s pointing at the TV going, ‘Papa, Papa, Papa, Papa, Papa,’ just on repeat like a broken record,” he explained.
Ozzy then mimicked the stunned reaction Maple has when seeing him in person. “In real life when she sees [him], she like, ‘Oh fuck, there he is,'” explained Jack.
Maple’s reaction to seeing her grandfather in person is honestly not unlike when most kids meet Santa Claus, only Santa Claus never bit the head off of a live bat onstage. It just goes to show, never meet your heroes!
