Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts halved
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Aioli for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, melt the butter in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven. Combine the melted butter with Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring until a paste forms. Spread this mixture evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- Arrange the Brussels sprout halves cut-side down over the butter and cheese mixture. Roast in the preheated oven until the edges are golden brown and crispy, approximately 35 minutes.
