Last year, Travis Kelce became an investor in the energy drink brand Accelerator, along with his brother Jason Kelce and star New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge. It didn’t take long to get NIL maven Olivia Dunne on board, and this week Kelce opened up about his partnership with the LSU gymnast.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end sat down with Good Morning America on Thursday, fresh off being invited to the White House to celebrate his team’s second consecutive Super Bowl win earlier this year. During the interview, which was actually conducted during the making of a commercial for the energy drink brand, Kelce revealed that Dunne was part of the shoot before heaping praise on the 21-year-old.

“I got Livvy Dunne in the building, LSU gymnast, absolutely just an awesome person, she’s down there making Accelerator look amazing,” Kelce gushed of Dunne, who boasts eight million followers on TikTok and over five million on Instagram.

Dunne first revealed that she had partnered with Accelerator in a social media post last July, calling it the “best energy drink out.”

“What really attracted to me to the Accelerator at first was the loaded roster of top tier athletes that use this and drink it,” Dunne told the New York Post at the time. “I mean, Aaron Judge Travis Kelce—they all use it and they’re obviously amazing athletes. So that’s what really attracted me to this product.”

Dunne said that she and Kelce had “bonded” over being spokespeople for Accelerator after having met at the 2023 ESPY Awards a week prior. “The ESPYs were amazing, and he was awesome,” she recalled. “We love it, we actually talked about it.”

But aside from being on the promotional team, Dunne also admitted that she uses Accelerator before every practice and workout. (Kelce can also usually be seen with a can of the energy drink, often on his New Heights podcast.) “They really help in the gym. It makes me feel great throughout the day,” Dunne added.
